Welcome to our policy page. Please review all information before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you automatically agree to the policies listed below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping (this does not include weekends or holidays).
- Raw and custom hair orders may require an additional 1–2 days for quality inspection.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping typically takes 1-10 business days after processing based on inventory at that time.
- Express shipping is available at checkout.
- We ship using USPS/UPS for domestic orders.
- All orders require a correct address — we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
•Once items are shipped and scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- We do not replace or refund packages marked as “Delivered.”
3. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons:
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted under any circumstance.
- We do not accept hair back that has been worn, installed, washed, brushed, cut, colored, or altered.
- Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is defective upon arrival:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- After review, we will determine if a replacement is eligible.
4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed.
- Please double-check lengths, textures, and quantities before completing your purchase.
5. MAINTENANCE & HAIR CARE POLICY
To ensure longevity and protect your investment:
- Raw hair requires regular moisturizing and proper maintenance.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, bleaching, coloring, or heat misuse.
- Results vary depending on stylist technique, products used, and personal hair routines.
Recommended Care:
- Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner
- Keep curly textures hydrated with mousse or curl creams
- Detangle gently from ends to roots
- Allow hair to air dry when possible
- Avoid heavy oils that weigh hair down
6. BULK HAIR & BRAIDING HAIR DISCLAIMER
- Bulk hair must be handled with care to avoid tangling.
- Once the hair is installed, we are not responsible for shedding or improper sealing.
- All bulk hair is cuticle-aligned + raw, but still requires moisture for best results.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
- Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
8. PAYMENT & FRAUD PROTECTION
- All orders are processed through a secure payment system.
- For your protection, we reserve the right to cancel any order flagged for fraud or suspicious activity.
- Billing and shipping address must match for certain order types.
